Return Policy

When you receive a product, it's important to inspect it carefully in the presence of the delivery personnel to ensure that it meets your expectations and is of good quality. During the inspection, check for any defects or signs of expiration and notify the delivery personnel immediately if you notice any issues. If you don't reject the product on the spot, you'll be deemed to have accepted it, which means you lose your right to return or exchange it.

However, if you receive the wrong product, you can inform us immediately, and we'll be happy to exchange it for you as long as it's unused and the manufacturing seal is intact.

If we are unable to exchange the product, and you have made an advance payment, the refund will be processed within 7-10 working days after your claim is received.

 

Refund policy

In the unlikely event of a delivery failure, we'll fully refund your payment. If you cancel the order in the presence of the delivery personnel, you'll be charged for the delivery fee, and the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Exchange policy

To exchange a product, it must be in its original, unused condition with the manufacturing seal intact, and the exchangeable product must be available in our stock. Our customer service team can help you determine product availability. You'll be responsible for paying the delivery charge for the exchange.

Order Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation of orders is only permitted before the order has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  2. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at +8801408-076089 as soon as possible.

  3. If your order has not yet been processed for shipping, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

  4. If your order has already been processed for shipping, we will not be able to cancel it. In this case, you may refuse delivery of the package and it will be returned to us. Once we receive the returned package, we will issue a refund minus any shipping costs.

  5. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason. If we do cancel an order, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund.
